The Infinix Note 4 is the next generation after the Infinix Note 3 which was the third generation of Infinix Note series.

Infinix launched the Note 4 and Note 4 Pro, and the unique feature that we know to be the difference between both of these devices is the availability of the X-pen On the Pro version.

The Infinix Note 4 has a 4300mAh battery which is about five percent less than Infnix Note 3’s battery of 4500mAh but the
the screen, however, is also a 5.7-inch screen compared to the 6.0-inch display of the Infinix Note 3.

We are going to be doing a full review of the Infinix Note 4 to see how well it performs and, we’re going to look at the software, hardware, cameras, and everything in general.

The Note 4 device comes with Android 7.0 Nougat, which is an excellent thing. So Let’s dive right in.

Infinix Note 4 design.

Infinix Note 4 5.7-inch Phablet

Infinix Note 4 display features a 5.7-inch 1920 by 1080 pixels Full HD display, capacitive touch screen, Gorilla Glass protection, multi-touch available, and it is available in ice blue champagne, gold, and Milan black color options.

At the front of the device, we have the home button with two capacitive buttons for back, and recent, we have the micro-USB port flanked by two speaker grilles and believe one of them is for the microphone.

To the frontal top of the Note 4, we have the earpiece, and we have a front-facing camera which I’ll get you the specs for that later, and to the back of the device, we have a 13MP camera with some flash, and then you have the Infinix Note branding.

The right side of the device has the volume rockers and the power button, and to the top of the smartphone, we have a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Most of you would have thought that this would be a glass phone, but no, it’s plastic, and in the internal of the phone, there is the 4300mAh battery with two sim slots and one micro SD slot.

Here is a full rundown of the Infinix Note 4 specifications.

  • 5.7-inch IPS Display, 1080 x 1920 pixels (386ppi)
  • 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 MT6753 CPU with 2GB/3GB RAM
  • Android 7.0 (Nougat)
  • 16GB / 32GB Storage with support for memory card up to 128GB
  • 13MP Rear Camera and 8MP Front Camera
  • 4G LTE Data
  • Fingerprint Sensor (Front)
  • 4300 mAh Battery with Fast Charging.

Infinix Note 4 device looks stunning when you hold the device in person, but what I can tell you is that it’s not all it seems.

For the Note 4, I’m disappointed in Infinix. I thought they were going to get better from the Note 3 of last year, but Infinix seems to be dropping the ball here.

First of all, the Note 4 is made of plastic. I mean, you would think it was an all-glass phone, but it’s only plastic.

You can pull the back, and when you pull the back of the phone, the battery is non-removable.

Battery and Connectivity.

Infinix Note 4 connectivity and battery include dual SIM, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, and USB type-c.

The battery is a 4,000mAh which is even lower than what you had on the Note 3.

Storage and Screen, software of Infinix Note 4

The internal storage of the device is only 16GB, and in 2019, everyone is moving away from such low storage. You have the option to put in a MicroSD slot, but that does not cover for Infinix terrible decision.

I mean, it’s just terrible having 16GB of internal storage on any phone. Not cool. Infinix can do better.

The screen on the Infinix Note 4 is gorgeous, I mean the colours pop, it’s very bright, and it’s smooth. It comes with 2.5D glass in front of it, and I can tell you that while using the phone, it felt good at the hands.

Note 4 comes with Infinix XOS 2.2, not the most impressive, but it also comes with the Android N version.

INFINIX NOTE 4 price in India and Nigeria

Infinix Note 4 smartphone price in India is Rs 7,999. The Infinix Note 4 starts at 45,000 Naira for the 2GB/16GB model and 52,500 Naira for the 3GB/32GB model.

It comes with a fingerprint scanner and also supports multi-window. All in all, the Infinix Note 4 is an OK phone for its price point, but it’s not what I would call the best of phones.

If you were on a budget and you wanted something that could handle your day-to-day task on an average level well, you can go for the Infinix Note 4. I guess that was what Infinix was trying to reach out for here-affordability.

That will be a brief review of the Infinix Note 4. It’s a pretty, capable device, and it’s fantastic for its price point, so if you’re on a budget, this device will be for you. But if you want something spicier than this, then you have to seek out other options.
